What is the status of my order?Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Can I change my order?We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Our shop is Made to Order. This means we typically begin putting your order together the next day. Please Contact us and check to make sure your order hasn’t been processed. Once we begin your order, we can no longer cancel or change it. How long does it take to ship my order?Once you've placed your order and the product is In Stock, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?You can purchase on our website using any major debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paypal and AfterPay, You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you accept returns?We only process returns for exchange. We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: - The product arrives damaged with tears, holes or stains. - The product has vinyl on it and the vinyl peels within 21 days of you receiving the product. Are returns free?We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. We are not responsible for any damage to the items due to failure to follow Care Instructions or Stains Produced from daily wear. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package. The exchange will be issued.

When will I receive my order?For all products that are In Stock, expect 3-10 business days for delivery. If you need expedited products, please contact me. For Out of Stock products, expect 5-12 business days.

What would I do if I never received my order?After the delivery of each package, I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. In case you never received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if I'm not home?All packages will be delivered using USPS. Typically they drop off your package at your address without the requirement of signature. Please make sure to be home during your expected delivery to ensure you receive it. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
